ABOUT UNITE 2020

UNITE 2020 is a collaborative endeavor to bring MICE and Leisure buyers to connect and meet the suppliers on a virtual trade show platform. Enabled with secure video, voice and text chat capabilities, these face-to-face virtual meetings can be held at mutually acceptable times. It is a Virtual Trade Show with Social Awareness and a Collaborative Attitude where the end goal is to UNITE.

SUPPLIERS

In an animated 3D Environment, a supplier is able to schedule minimum of 50 meetings within the 2 days of the trade show, each of which is:

  • With a qualified Leisure or MICE buyer.
  • 20 minutes long.
  • Face-2-Face video, voice and text chat enabled.
  • Matched based on buyer and supplier profile.
  • Able to support Group or one-on-one chat.
  • Will permit sharing of supplier documents and videos that go into a Virtual Swag bag.
  • Will allow for exchange of business card information.

BUYERS

In an animated 3D Environment that requires access to a computer, Wi-Fi and a browser, a Leisure or MICE Buyer is able to schedule several 20 minute meetings per day. We request all confirmed buyers to do a minimum of 10 meetings in two days. These meetings are:

  • 20 minutes each.
  • Face-2-Face video enabled in a group or one-on-one setting.
  • Matched based on preferences indicated in the registration form or as scheduled.
  • Would allow a buyer to receive supplier collateral into a Swag-Bag that downloads onto the buyers computer.
  • Exchange of business card information.

This is an opportunity to meet Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Suppliers and Colleagues from around the world and connect. To UNITE and to share joy and laughter on a one-on-one – secure – text, voice or video chat.
