This is the day when we all arrive at leisure. Each one of us is booking our own flights and we have private arrival and departure transfers booked for you and your travel companion.

Our airport representative will welcome you with a paging board in the arrival lounge, located after the baggage area. The representative will assist you with your hotel transfer.

Check in, freshen up and relax! We are excited to showcase all what Dubai & Abu Dhabi have to offer.

Rest up after your long flight in. The morning is at leisure. Catch up on your emails or opt in for additional excursions for a fee. 

Our recommendation – opt for additional excursions to the Museum of the Future A supplement of USD 38 per person will apply. Tickets must be booked in advance to secure this spot. 

9:30 hrs – Pick up from the hotel to visit Museum of the Future (only for those who have booked this tour). The total experience can take about 2 hours.

12:00 hrs – Lunch and Site Visit: Site inspection is only open to travel advisors. Non-travel industry companions are welcomed to join for lunch for a supplement.

We anticipate being back at the hotel around 14:30 hrs giving us the time to rest, relax and catch up on emails.

18:00 hrs – Please be in the lobby by 17:55 hrs. We will get picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Canal Cruise.

Spend a relaxing evening cruising in this Luxury Dhow offering best of the Glass Enclosed & Al Fresco Dinning Experience. Gently cruise along the banks of Dubai Water Canal that offers a stunning view and enjoy a scrumptious international buffet dinner as you soak up the city’s bustling atmosphere with our delicious food. Be mesmerized as you disembark at La Perle – Dubai’s No#1 Show, a show that will  liven up your evening.

22:30 hrs – Transfer back to the hotel after the Le Perle Show.

0855 hrs (8:55 am Dubai) You will meet the guide in the lobby. We will depart the hotel at sharp 0900 hrs to explore the city of Dubai.

The tour will include a photo-stop at the famous landmark of Dubai – Burj Al Arab. after a great shot, you will visit Jumeirah, the picturesque palace and residential area of Dubai, also home to the famous Jumeirah Mosque. The tour will continue to Al Bastakiya, the old part of Dubai, to reach the museum located in Al Fahidi Fort. From here, you will onboard the Abra (water taxi) to cross the Creek to the Spice Souk. There is time set aside to shop in the most famous landmark of Dubai – the Gold Souk.

13:00 hrs – A light lunch will be served at the hotel after the site visit. The site visit is only for the travel advisors. Non-travel industry companions are invited to join the host hotel for lunch for a supplement.

14:00 hrs – We will return to the hotel to freshen up before the evening activity.

1500 hrs – you will be picked by a 4×4 Vehicle for a Tour of the Desert. (Important – Pregnant women and those with back issues, please alert us. We will find alternate ways to bring you to the campsite)

Tour across the desert by a four-wheel drive vehicle, for a thrilling journey over rolling dunes, with photo-stops during an exciting dune drive. Reach our campsite, where you have the opportunity to do camel riding, sand boarding and try out a henna design on hands or feet. After working up an appetite enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and a shisha (the famous Arabic water pipe). Before returning, watch our belly dancer performing her show around the campfire by starlight.

21:00 hrs – Transfer back to the hotel after the Safari.

9:00 hrs (9:00 am Dubai) we will start with Modern Dubai tour which is being extended with compliments of 3E Holidays. There is a supplement of USD 50 for the companion joining this tour. As part of the sites, we will get to see the ‘new’ side of Dubai.

After the tour, we will head for the site visit and lunch around.

13:30 hrs – Early afternoon – Hotel site inspection open to travel advisors only. Non-travel industry companions are invited to join the host hotel for lunch for a supplement.

15:30 hrs – We will make our way to Dubai Mall, also known as the home of the Dubai shopping festival, is one of the world’s largest shopping malls in UAE.

18:00 hrs – We will assemble at the meeting point for Burj Khalifa. Tickets are booked for 18:15 hrs and we MUST go as a group.

Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the tallest of all the buildings in the world, stands tall and proud among the other skyscrapers of the city. One of the major landmarks of the city, the interiors of the Burj is as majestic as the steely exterior. Take a look at the marvellous building from the inside by joining the Dubai Burj Khalifa Tour with us. During the tour, you are shown a multimedia presentation about the history of Dubai as well as the story of the construction of the building.

Once you have gathered information about this tall structure, you are taken to the 125th or 148th observatory deck on the fastest elevator. Here you get a chance to have a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire city of Dubai.

21:00 hrs – Dinner & site visit. The hotel site inspection open to travel advisors only. Non-travel industry companions are invited to join the host hotel for dinner.

After dinner, everyone can take the elevator to their rooms.

Enjoy your breakfast the the hotel and make sure to check-out by 8:15 hrs.

We will leave promptly at 8:30 hrs to head over to Abu Dhabi.

Once we arrive in Abu Dhabi city, you will be able to sample Abu Dhabi’s unique blend of culture and fine traditional arts and crafts. View Abu Dhabi attractions and learn about the past and future of the UAE capital. Visit Sheikh Zayed Mosque, with its shimmering white domes and minarets.

12:30 hrs – Lunch at the hotel with a site inspection. Travel advisors will conduct the site visit while non-travel companions will get some time to unwind. After the site, everyone will enjoy the late lunch with the host hotel. Travel companions will be charged a supplement for this lunch.

15:00 hrs – After lunch, you’ll get to enjoy a visit to Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi, the Presidential Palace – Qasr Al Watan and get a chance to step back in time at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Village. A short shopping spree at the bustling dates market, with its stacks of fresh dates and sweets. Practice your haggling skills here. As we drive back, you’ll get to admire the skyscrapers, corniche gardens and beaches from an air-conditioned Vehicle.

Once at the hotel, you will get to check-in.

19:30 hrs – Travel advisors are requested to re-assemble in the lobby for the site visit, post which, everyone is invited for dinner with our host hotel. Travel companions will pay a supplement for dinner.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

10:30 hrs – We will head to the theme parks first. You get to choose your theme parks (any two) and make a day of it. Your choices are Ferrari world, Yas Water Park, Sea world or Warner Bros. A Theme Park Shuttle will be able to take you from one theme park to another. You will be limited to two theme parks only.

Lunch will be on your own at the theme park of choosing.

Those not interested in a theme park visit can opt to tour Al Ain, which would be a day trip. We will continue after dropping people at Yas Island. Lunch will be on own.

Al Ain City Tour

A visit to the Al Jahili Fort  is a must, as is a trip to the camel racetrack and the livestock market.  The wealth of culture to be found in this formerly vital desert trading Centre includes a bazaar that dates back to the 18^th century.

You can also discover a date palm grove with the ancient ‘falaj’ – irrigation system and watch the bargaining at the camel market. Following this, we will head to Jebel Hafeet, the great mountain that enjoys a remarkable location that overlooks the beauty of Al Ain city. We will also visit the Hot Springs situated at the foot of the mountain to explore that healing water is found abundantly in this area.

We will return to the hotel around 1600 hrs (4 pm Abu Dhabi) so you may freshen up and get ready for the evening.

18:00 hrs – Dinner and site visit – Travel advisors will explore the hotel after which, everyone is invited for dinner with the host hotel. Companions will be charged a supplement for dinner.

Hotel: A Global Chain Hotel with local presence in Abu Dhabi

Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner 

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel at leisure, after which you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight. If you have chosen to extend your stay, you will be transferred to your next hotel and/or activity.

Private transfers to the airport are available from Dubai to Dubai airport.
