Upon arrival, guests will head directly to the famous blue Lagoon, where they can unwind in the warm, mineral-rich waters surrounded by Iceland’s otherworldly lava fields.

This iconic geothermal spa offers the perfect welcome, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate after their journey.

Afterward, guests will be transported to their accommodation at Grímsborgir, nestled in a scenic and peaceful location ideal for unwinding.

They can settle into their cozy rooms and enjoy a relaxing evening here. As night falls, guests can soak in a private hot tub under the stars, hoping to witness the Northern Lights dancing across the sky—a magical experience if the conditions are right.

The day’s adventure kicks off with an exhilarating Glacier Adventure. Guests will climb aboard a rugged Super Truck with an expert guide, setting out across Iceland’s majestic glacier terrain. This thrilling expedition includes snowmobiling on the pristine, white tundra, an experience that feels like a once-in-a-lifetime journey across a frozen wonderland. The panoramic views showcase the raw beauty and power of Iceland’s landscapes, leaving a lasting impression.


After the glacier experience, the journey continues to Thingvellir National Park, Iceland’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, guests can wander through the dramatic rift valley where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. The awe-inspiring scenery offers a window into Iceland’s geological past, set against a backdrop rich in history and natural beauty.

Next, the adventure continues to Skógafoss, a breathtaking waterfall that plunges 60 meters, creating a mist that often reveals vibrant rainbows on sunny days. Guests can admire this powerful cascade from the base or climb the stairs for a sweeping view from above.

An exciting morning to be in Iceland. Your day today will start with Horseback Riding. An excellent way to explore Iceland’s scenic landscapes on the unique Icelandic horse, known for its gentle nature and special gait, the tölt. This ride offers a peaceful and scenic start to the day.

Following the morning activity, guests will join a Reykjavík Food Walk, a guided culinary tour through some of the city’s best eateries. This delicious adventure lets guests sample a variety of Icelandic dishes and learn about the country’s food culture.

In the afternoon, guests will enjoy the Lava Show, where real molten lava is poured into a room, creating an exciting and educational experience that highlights Iceland’s volcanic power.

On this last day, guests will have free time in Reykjavík to soak up the city’s vibrant atmosphere, explore local shops, or visit any final attractions before heading to the airport. Options for the morning might include a relaxed coffee at a local café, a stroll around the harbor, or a quick visit to the iconic Hallgrímskirkja Church for panoramic views of the city.
The day’s schedule will be tailored based on flight departure times, allowing for a smooth and comfortable transition from the city to the airport.

Iceland’s situation is quite similar to Hawaii, where volcanic activity is a regular and managed occurrence.

  • A non-refundable deposit of USD 250 per person will be required to hold the spot. Once the secondary form is completed, a Saleint associate or Amazing DMC will send the invoice.  
  • Full payment is needed 13 weeks before arrival.
  • Payment can be made by Wire Transfer or Credit Card. 
  • For Wire Transfer, the advisor must take care of the wire remittance fee.
  • For Credit cards, a 3% processing fee will apply.
  • If cancelled 13+ weeks out, only the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
  • The following penalties would apply for cancellation within 13 weeks of arrival
    • 8 weeks – 13 weeks: 50%
    • 4 weeks – 8 weeks: 75%
    • Less than 4 weeks: 100%

The following are inclusions in the indicated itinerary:

  • All Transport: Private transfers for all scheduled activities, airport transfers, and transportation throughout the program.
  • All Activities: Entry fees and guided experiences for all listed activities, including optional morning choices (horseback riding or Sky Lagoon, etc.).
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, featuring local Icelandic cuisine.
  • Accommodation: Comfortable lodging throughout the stay in centrally located hotels or guesthouses.
  • Listed Activities: All activities and experiences detailed in the program itinerary.

The prices indicated do not include the following:

  • Drinks with Lunch and Dinner: Beverages with meals are not included.
  • Flights: Airfare to and from Iceland is not included.
  • Personal Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance for the trip.

By completing the secondary form, you agree to the following terms:

  • Confirmation: Once the operational status is confirmed (currently tentative), the advisor has ten (10) business days (2 weeks) to confirm with a $250 non-refundable deposit and a flight ticket. The remaining participation fee must be received on or 13 weeks before arrival.
  • International Flights are not included in the price. These can be booked individually. We have private arrival and departure transfers arranged in Delhi.
  • The Travel Companion must be 18 years of age or older and bound to the same terms of participation as the travel advisor. Only one (01) companion per travel advisor is permitted to join this educational journey. Some activities do require a drivers license, information which will be collected in the secondary form.
  • Visa: Canadian and American passport holders do not require a visa to visit Iceland. We (Saleint and Amazing Iceland) cannot be held responsible and we request that you check your visa requirements by visiting Iceland’s visa website.
  • Payments can be sent through wire transfer or by credit card.
  • Tipping: In Iceland, tipping is not expected. All tips are entirely at your discretion.

Amazing DMC (herein referred to as AD) disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules resulting from causes beyond the control of AD. Such causes include but are not limited to, acts of nature, labour disputes or any other irregularity beyond AD´s control. AD reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic and international), the travellers shall pay any additional cost caused by this at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers, etc.).

By completing the secondary form, you confirm and agree to all terms of participation. Once this form is submitted, you will receive an invoice (as soon as the group is confirmed to operate). The payment will then be due within 10 business days, after which, your spot will be released.
