Welcome to Belgrade! Your guide will meet you at the Arrivals Hall of „Nikola Tesla“ International Airport before we set our path and explore one of the oldest cities of Europe. Start by visiting once a neighbouring city, Zemun; nowadays part of Belgrade. Discover the Austrian and Hungarian legacy in Belgrade’s ex-twin town. Stroll along Danube Quay and climb up the famous Millenium Tower for a magnificent scenic view over Belgrade. Find out the stories about the clashes of two mighty empires that took place at the very site of today’s Belgrade.

Take a lunch break at one of the most renowned floating restaurants on Sava River and enjoy in enchanting tranquility of Belgrade’s rivers.

Visit magnificent Temple of St Sava, one of the largest and most lavish Christian Orthodox temples in the world. Enjoy in epic stories about St Sava, the first Serbian patron saint, as we decend into the crypt and climb to the very dome of the church for a breathtaking view. Continue to Nikola Tesla museum for a tour and take part in this unique interactive display, dedicated to and consisted of the life opus of world’s famous scientist – Nikola Tesla. Proceed towards the very City Center and discover numerous stories and sites that make Belgrade such a magical place. We will visit the oldest coffee place in Belgrade, called the „? Inn“ and taste the most popular hot drink in the Balkans. Stroll through Knez Mihailova pedestrian street, Belgrade’s artery, and discover numerous palaces and residences of late XIX and early XX century before we enter magnificent Belgrade Fortress.

Continue to Belgrade Fortress. The largest and the oldest European fortress stands for over two millenia and keeps the stories of long forgotten nations, events and people that changed the face of history in the Balkans. Enjoy in numerous legends as we visit the infamous Roman Well – the inspiration for Alfred Hitchcock; take a view with magnificent panorama at the Belgrade’s Victor plateau; discover the ancient Underground Chambers and Great Gunpowder room…

Finish at the hotel for check-in and rest. Return to the hotel for overnight.

Second largest city of Serbia, Novi Sad, is also known as „Serbian Athens“ because of great cultural role during XVIII and XIX century. We will explore this beautiful city from its City Core as we stroll down Zmaj Jovina pedestrian zone. Stop at the Liberty Square to hear the story of unification and admire extraordinary buildings from Baroque and Art Nouveau, such as the Cathedral, Episcopic Palace and many more.

Continue to Petrovaradin fortress, the largest fortification on Danube river. Hear the breathtaking stories of the rivalry between Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian Empires, which culminated at the ramparts of this very fortress. Continue down the Danube to town of Sremski Karlovci, very soul of Serbian XVIII century cultural heritage. See the First Serbian Gymnasium, Partiarch’s Court, stroll along the cobbled streets to the Fountain of Four Lions, visit the very first place where round table was first used in diplomacy.

At the very end, we will try out some of the best wines Balkan has to offer, made from grapes from Mt Fruska Gora. With centuries long tradition, these wines are still served on the most eminent Royal courts of Europe. Return to Belgrade for overnight.

Check-out from the hotel and enjoy in the scenic ride through Central and West Serbia to Mt Zlatibor. Take a coffee break at the Ovčar-Kablar Gorge, where West Morava river meanders between two magnificent mountains.

Continue towards Mt Zlatibor, a natural aerial spa and one of the most renowned alpine resorts of Southeast Europe. Visit the hidden gems of West Serbia: one of Europe’s most beautiful caves – Stopića Cave, rich in cave jewelry; and magnificent Gostilje Waterfall complex.

Continue towards Sirogojno Open-air Museum and get to know the old way of life in Serbian highlands. Learn about the famous Sirogojno woolen garment, made completely by hand; and participate in the workshop led by one of our most respected weavers. Take a ride on Europes longest cablecar, stretching over the alpine plateaus of West Serbia and offering magnificent view on the whole region. Check-in at the hotel for rest and overnight.

Check-out from Zlatibor and head southwest towards Montenegro. We will visit one of the rarest phenomenons in Continental Europe – magnificent glacier lakes on Mt Durmitor called „the eyes of the mountains“. Explore the sheer natural beauty of Montenegrin highlands and continue over the second deepest canyon in the world, Tara River Canyon. Follow the road through Montenegrin highlands to one of the most respected shrines among the locals – Ostrog Monastery. Get to know local customs and religions through the stories about St Basil of Ostrog,, equally respected among Christians and Moslims.

Old town of Budva is a inspiration for everybody, from the photographers, artist, painters, explorers to the ultra rich guys from all over the world. With our guide you are going to one adventure through ancient walls of this Adriatic gem. All small streets, picturesque coastal homes and medieval churches are waiting to be seen. Then, cap your tour with a walk along the city walls for sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea. Continue through the magnificent Boka Bay and discover a sheer beauty of „Bride of Adriatic“. Visit Old Town of Kotor for a kick-back into the history of the Adriatic corsairs. Visit the old St Tryphon’s Cathedral before we continue to the town of Perast. Enjoy in the enchanting atmoshpere of the old Venice Republic spirit as we stroll along the cobbled streets of Perast and discover magnificent palaces of the old merchant and naval families. Proceed to the ancient Illyric capital of Risan and hear the stories about mighty nation that gave the name to one of the largest Ancient Roman provinces. Continue towards Croatian border and make a stop-by at Cavtat, the southernmost town of Croatia. Take a short stroll through its magnificent streets and fantastic panorama over the Konavle region before we continue to Dubrovnik.

Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Before we continue to Central Dalmatia, we will pay a visit to the pearl of Southern Croatia. Discover Dubrovnik’s crown jewels – its medieval walls and UNESCO World Heritage–listed Old Town
– on this 3-hour walking tour. Stroll along the Stradun, the Old Town’s main promenade, topped and tailed by Orlando’s Column and Onofrio’s Fountain. Take in ancient landmarks such as the Franciscan Monastery and the Church of St Blaise before deviating down side streets lined with shops, restaurants and further architectural delights.

Continue northwards to the Pelješac peninsula, the second largest peninsula in Croatia and a land mass crammed with history, culture and plenty of wine and food. Stop in the bay-side town of Ston, famous for its oysters, to see an old salt factory and to gawk at the town’s miles of medieval walls that once formed the border of the Republic of Ragusa (i.e. Dubrovnik). Visit some family-run wineries for a taste of fantastic Croatian wines.

Afternoon arrival and check-in. Afterwards we will take a walking tour through the city. Hear the magnificent stories and legends as we visit one of the city’s magnificent fortresses . We will take a stroll down the cobbled Mediterranean streets and visit St. James’s Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Finish at the hotel for dinner, rest and overnight.

The Plitvice Lakes National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its stunning natural scenery, including 16 lakes, lush forests, and cascading waterfalls. Visit the National Park and enjoy the sheer natural beauty of lakes, cascades and waterfalls before we continue our trip to Zagreb. Afternoon arrival and check-in at the hotel.

On Kaptol you will not only visit the biggest Cathedral in Croatia and Croatian Catholic Church but you will also get a chance to discover our picturesque farmer’s market Dolac. After crossing the border between the two hills, today the loveliest walking street in Zagreb, you will climb up to Gradec – Zagreb’s Upper Town and enter through the medieval Stone Gate. See the seat of Croatian administration, the Parliament and the Government, as well as the St. Mark’s Church with the famous coloured roof, The baroque church of St. Catherine’s and the medieval Lotrščak tower. Take a ride on Zagreb’s Funicular, originally built in 1890, also known as the shortest funicular in Europe. And reach the final point of the tour, Zagreb’s main square – Ban Jelačić Square.
