On or about November 20, 2023, winners will be selected, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive the indicated gift. Approximate retail value of these gifts is over $10,000 and include the following:

• One (1), $1000 credit towards a website makeover. The new website should be 9 or more pages. For websites between 5-8 pages, the credit amount will be reduced to $500
• Five (5) blogs of 500 words, content topic for which must be provided by the client. There will be 5 unique winners selected.
• Ten (10) $100 gift card which can be used towards graphic design services with Saleint
• Five (5) – 3-month website maintenance package, extendable to 5 months with the purchase of a one-year contract. Setting up maintenance requires access to the back end and will include up to 2 hours of backup. The monthly maintenance package will include back up, website check & updates. No changes will be included unless a 1-year maintenance package is purchased.

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, are located in Canada or the US. Employees of Saleint Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You” and “Your”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Saleint Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting 12:00 a.m. PT on October 1, 2023 and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2023 (the “Contest Period”). Saleint Inc. reserves the right to modify the Contest Period or cancel the Contest altogether, for any reason, without prior notice.
4. How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://saleint.ca/birthday-celebration/. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Saleint Inc. You may enter only once. You must provide ALL the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, websites, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, Your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Saleint Inc.
5. Standards for Judging the Contest: Saleint Inc. will use its sole discretion to judge all valid entries, and enter the names in a digital draw to select the winners.
6. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive an email letting them know the prize won. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Saleint Inc. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Saleint Inc.’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Saleint Inc. to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All prizes must be claimed on or by January 31, 2024.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen by Saleint Inc. exercising its sole discretion. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Saleint Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 60 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SALEINT INC.’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
